This framework gives schools access to new, remanufactured and refurbished IT hardware, as well as secure IT asset disposal and a range of associated technical services
access to new, refurbished and remanufactured devices (Lots 1 and 2), schools can source laptops, desktops and tablets either brand new with manufacturer warranty, or as cost-effective refurbished/remanufactured alternatives
one-stop shop option through Lot 4, schools and trusts can manage all their hardware procurement and end-of-life disposal needs through a single agreement, reducing administrative burden
secure end-of-life disposal (Lot 3) where schools can safely retire old devices through compliant IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services, protecting pupil and staff data while meeting environmental responsibilities
ensures pupils have reliable access to the right devices for learning and access to high quality teaching and digital inclusion across all curriculum areas
safe, compliant disposal and secure data erasure processes, giving schools confidence that sensitive pupil and staff information is protected when equipment reaches end of life
access to maintenance, technical support and scalable infrastructure helping maintain resilient ICT environments, minimising downtime that could impact learning
