Benefits

  • Tailor the service to meet your specific requirement including additional safeguarding requirements such as DBS-checked drivers and vehicle standards

  • To carry out extra checks, schools should:

    • include safeguarding and DBS requirements in their service specification during further competition
    • request evidence of driver vetting, vehicle maintenance records, and insurance
    • use CPC’s template documents and regional procurement advisors for guidance on structuring these requirements
